What’s included in The Essential Baby Box?

A variety of newborn essentials including, onesies, swaddles, beanies, sunhat, washcloths, bibs, blanket, teething toy, grooming kit plus more. Please select the box you’d like for a more detailed description.

Which brands do you stock?

We stock a range of high quality brands. These may change from time to time, so if you would like a detailed list please email us directly and we can help you.

Do you have a size chart?

We understand each baby is different so we have included a range of items in various sizes starting from newborn (000) up to 12 months. Please refer to the below sizing chart for all the apparel currently stocked in your Essential Baby Box.

 

How will my box be packaged?

All Essential Baby Boxes are packed in high quality cardboard boxes, tied with a ribbon and sealed with a sticker. We like to mix things up, so our packaging may change from time to time.

Can I customize my Essential Baby Box?

At this stage we only offer what’s available on our online store. If there’s something extra we can do to enhance your box please email us here and we will try our best to help you.

Do you have a box for twins? 

We currently only stock the boxes available on our website, however we’d be happy to help tailor something unique for you so please email us here

Can I buy an Essential Baby Box in a store?

We are only available online.

What are the dimensions of the box?

L- 50cm X W- 34cm X H- 13cm

I live overseas and received the sleep consultancy offer and would like to use their service how do I get in contact?

We can offer you a phone consultation, this has worked well with clients, please refer to the card provided in your Essential Baby Box for contact details. 

Do you do corporate orders?

Yes, we can provide corporate boxes. Please contact hello@theessentialbabybox.com.au to discuss your requirements.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We use Stripe for secure credit card transactions. Our online store also accepts Paypal and Apple Pay.

SHIPPING

Domestic: Please allow 1-3 business days to pack and post your Essential Baby Box and allow up to 5-7 business days for deliveries in Australia.

International: Please allow 1-3 business days to pack and post your Essential Baby Box, delivery time may vary depending on your locations and your shipping will be calculated at checkout.

*IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. This applies to International orders only.

How do I track my order?

We will email you your tracking information. If you are having any issues with the delivery of your box please get in touch here and we will do our best to help you.
